(“TBCSVI”) for Election of Three Board of Directors of TBSVI on Wed 1-31-2024 at 7:00 pm at the Lakeland Village Activity Center\, Cypress Tx 77433 in the Bridgeland Community. \nAs required by our corporate charter\, the Election Meeting for the election of three TBCSVI board of directors will be held on Wednesday\, January 31\, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lakeland Village Activity Center Cypress Tx 77433 in the Bridgeland Community (“Election Meeting”). \nThere are three (3) positions on the TBCSVI Board of Directors that are open for election. To be eligible to run for an open director’s position\, you must be a Bridgeland resident and a currently paid member of The Bridgeland Community Supports Veterans\, Inc. at least ten days before the election. The term of office for each of the three open positions shall be two years from January 31\, 2024. \nTo vote or run and be on the TBCSVI Board of Directors\, the annual membership dues of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the calendar year must be received by the Treasurer ten (10) days prior to the Election Meeting date of Wednesday\, January 31\, 2024. A member may deliver dues to the Treasurer by hand or by United States mail or pay thru the credit card donate button at the bridgelandveterans.org. Delivery by United States mail is effective at the date and time the Treasurer receives the mail. The Treasurer’s name and address is Hugh Konigsmark\, Treasurer\, 12203 Johns Enterprise Drive Cypress\, Texas 77433. DESCRIPTION:The Bridgeland Community Supports Veterans\, Inc. held its annual solemn Veterans Memorial Day Ceremony for the Bridgeland community on Monday\, May 27th at Lakeland Village Pioneer Park. The ceremony opened with the presentation of the flags by Boy Scouts Troops 156 & 329\, then a prayer\, and a memorial speech. The ceremony concluded with the playing of taps and the wrapping of ribbons around the trees\, commemorating service men and women who died in the service of our beloved county. Let us always remember & honor their names.

SUMMARY:Camp Hope 6th Annual Picnic- 2025
DESCRIPTION:The Bridgeland Community Supports Veterans\, Inc. (“TBCSVI) is holding our Sixth Annual Camp Hope Picnic on Saturday Feb 22nd starting at 11am at Camp Hope. Camp Hope is a residential facility for about 80 veterans suffering from PTSD and other mental illnesses. \nOur goal is to make friends and develop relationships with the vets at Camp Hope by sharing the joy of a simple family picnic with home cooked food and  games of volleyball\, or basketball etc.  All your family members\, including children\, are invited. \nWe are asking each family member who attends to bring an extra dish that will feed up to ten folks. It can be rice & beans\, macaroni and cheese\, deep-dish apple pie\, or your own special recipe.  We want the vets to experience the joy and good taste of a home cooked dish.  So\, we need twelve (12) families to bring a side dish and ten (10) families to bring desserts. \nTBSVI will supply the sirloin hamburgers\, hot dogs\, sausage\, relish\, cheese\, mustard\, mayonnaise\, ketchup\, paper plates\, napkins\, paper towels\, silverware\, chips\, water\, and soft drinks. However\, if you would like to donate any of the items that we plan to buy that would be great. \nIf you would like to go on the shopping trek to Costco and help with the purchases\, please advise.
