The extremely large United States flag that flew over McCall Hill at Guantanamo Bay Naval Station in Cuba from 7/29-8/14/2016 proudly hung over the Bridgeland Festival Park Pavilion on 11/6/2022 during the Bridgeland Veterans Day Festival. The Flag was obtained by Bridgeland resident Captain William S. Fedor, CAPT, U.S. Navy, who was Director of Commissions

This event will be held at the Pioneer Park at 11am on Memorial Day. The colors are presented by the JROTC of Bridgeland HS or our local cub scouts. We will have a short talk about Memorial Day and then the audience will begin to recognize their fallen heroes they are there to honor. Taps
